• Generated Content: AI-generated comics, scenes, and videos you create. These are stored securely and remain under your control.
• Payment Information: Processed securely via the App Store or Google Play. We do not store credit card details.

4. Data Storage and Security

• Your comics, drafts, and account data are encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard protocols.
• We retain your data only as long as needed for app functionality or as required by law.
• You can delete individual comics, clear drafts, or request full account deletion via email.
• Published comics in the public gallery are visible to other users unless set to private.

5. Your Rights and Choices

• Access & Delete: View, export, or delete your comics and account data in-app or by contacting us.
• Ad-Free Experience: Upgrade to Premium to remove ads and unlock unlimited AI generations.
• Push Notifications: Control alerts for new features, trending comics, or generation status in device settings.
• Private Mode: Create comics privately — they won’t appear in the public gallery.

6. Children’s Privacy

ComiForge is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If discovered, such data will be deleted immediately.

7. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed on secure servers located in the United States or other regions, in full compliance with global data protection laws (including GDPR and CCPA where applicable).
